Are the core AI tools on Base?

Yes. AI scheduling, cancellation backfill, and the trainer assistant are included in the core plans. The Front Desk phone agent is separately packaged, with 500 call minutes included on Pro.

What changes between plans?

Location, staff, and text allowances increase. Plus also adds advanced reporting filters, custom roles, and migration service. Pro adds a microsite, included phone minutes, and dedicated customer success support.

What does “coming soon” mean?

Those items are not presented as available today. Custom subdomains, custom domains, white-label options, and the SOC 2 pack retain their published coming-soon status. Confirm availability before relying on them.

Can I pay annually?

Monthly billing is the standard offer. Ask our team about current annual arrangements; no specific annual discount is quoted here.

How are extra texts charged?

Overages are $0.04 per text segment. A message can contain multiple segments. Ask us to confirm the applicable text allowance if you also add Front Desk.
