How does your pricing actually work?

A flat monthly plan plus a flat 3.5% processing fee on payments, and a flat 30¢ on each one-time card charge (bookings, packages, gift cards, wallet top-ups). Recurring memberships are just the 3.5% — no fixed fee. No per-tier fees; higher tiers only add scale.

Do I really own my data?

Yes — clean exports and a bidirectional public API mean your customers, history and reporting are always portable. Leave anytime and it all comes with you.

Is AI really on the base plan?

Yes — schedule builder, cancellation backfill, and the trainer text-assistant are on every plan. The one paid add-on is SwingOps Front Desk, the 24/7 AI phone agent, which places real calls at real carrier cost.

What if I go over my text bundle?

$0.04 per extra segment, billed transparently. Carriers bill texts in 160-character segments, so a long message counts as more than one — the composer shows you the exact count and cost before you send. Most facilities never hit the bundle.

Annual discount?

Optional — never required. Month-to-month is the default; annual saves a bit if you want it.
